The famous Hot Brown sandwich was created in 1926 at the iconic Brown Hotel for guests who danced all night and wanted something unique for their midnight supper. Next year there will be a year-long 100th anniversary celebration at the hotel featuring various “Hot Brown Experiences.” We are honored to be asked to create a Madam Foo Foo Couture curated Hot Brown hat, FOOscinator, and FOOdora Collection to celebrate this amazing milestone.
